It may seem a little unusual to dedicate an entire section to just one Zone, however anyone who knows the area well will understand why. The F Zone is probably one of the largest Zones in terms of the number of individual houses/villas located there.
This does not mean that this area of Sotogrande is overcrowded or any less desirable. The F Zone has some of the most prestigious roads within it such as Calle Formentera with its mansions on large plots that seem to tumble down the valley, overlooking the San Roque Golf course and sea to one side of the road and the Almenara Golf Course and sea views to the other side of the road. There are also the houses on Calle Faisán which are all significant in proportion and standing and range from a Swiss style house, a modern and contemporary house, to one of the largest Cortijo style mansions found in Sotogrande.
However, there are some roads with smaller plots and with more modest villas on them by comparison to these, so this means that the purchase and holiday rental price varies significantly within the F Zone. For example, not all 4 bedroom villas will be priced the same as they will vary in view, plot size, build size, facilities, privacy, position, road and aspect.
Most people will choose the car as their mode of transport to reach the beaches, bars and restaurants. However, properties found in the F Zone are closer to the Almenara Spa and Golf and La Reserva Inland Beach Club that is located on the La Reserva Club lagoon.
